SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping + DELIVERY

Depending on items in your order, pieces may arrive in one or more shipments. Lighting, rugs and furniture often ship straight from our vendors. Smaller items usually ship from our fulfillment center. All lead times are estimates and are subject to change due to vendor production schedules, freight carrier availability, or other factors outside of our control. While we work closely with our vendor partners to provide the most accurate information possible, Stevie Interiors cannot guarantee delivery dates, and delays in production or shipping do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at shopteam@stevieinteriors.com.

Large-scale furnishings, including sofas, cabinets, beds, dressers, and dining tables, will be delivered via a local delivery agent. For these shipments, you can expect a call to schedule a delivery date and time that works best for you, within the agent’s operating hours. An adult must be present to provide a signature at the time of delivery for these shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions. Additional fees may apply for failed delivery attempts, storage, redelivery, or special handling.

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please note it at the time of delivery on the agent’s Proof of Delivery form. Please then contact us at shopteam@stevieinteriors.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a freight claim with the carrier. Packaging materials should be retained until the item has been fully inspected.

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

RETURNS

Our team has curated a collection we are proud to bring into your homes. We stand by the quality of pieces, but understand the need for an occasional return.

Because many items are produced or shipped directly from our vendors, returns are limited and always subject to approval. Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for store credit only if:

  • The return is authorized in advance by Stevie Interiors
  • The item remains unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The item is in new, resellable condition

Returns that are sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Vendor restocking fees
  • Any freight or handling costs associated with the return

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable because these represent completed services.

To initiate a return, please contact shopteam@stevieinteriors.com with your order number and the details of your return.

Once approved, please pack and return item(s) in original condition and send to:

  • Made-to-order or vendor-produced items
  • Items marked or otherwise indicated as Final Sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Stevie Interiors will work with the vendor and shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution. After inspection and verification, the resolution may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit or refund (at our discretion)

Determination of whether an item is damaged or defective will be made by Stevie Interiors and/or the vendor upon inspection.

Please note: many of the furnishings we offer are made from natural materials or produced using handcrafted techniques. Variations in wood grain, color, veining, texture, patina, finish application, and minor dimensional differences are inherent characteristics of these materials and processes. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique nature of artisan-crafted furnishings.
