At Stevie Interiors, we offer two distinct service levels tailored to your project needs — whether you're building from the ground up, renovating or simply furnishing a few key spaces.
Builds + renovations
Ideal for: Clients building custom homes or undergoing large-scale renovations.
Overview: This comprehensive service guides clients from concept to completion. We collaborate closely with builders and architects from the earliest planning stages and manage every detail — from floor plans and interior selections to sourcing furniture and styling final touches. Includes space planning, lighting plans, material sourcing, 3D renderings, furnishings procurement + installation and design coordination.
Project Types & Minimums:
Projects should align with at least one of the following categories:
- Custom Builds – Specializing in luxury, high-end construction.
- Renovations – Minimum budget of $150,000.
- Builder Services – Luxury builder looking for design partner on spec home.
We provide a tailored scope and investment proposal for each project.

luxury furnishings
Ideal for: Clients seeking furnishing and styling support without renovations.
Overview: A streamlined, a la carte service focused on furnishing and decorating at least one complete room (minimal to no existing furniture).
Every project is unique, so we create a custom scope and proposal for each client. From our experience, most clients should plan on investing approximately $5,000 per room in design fees, and a minimum of $15,000 in furnishings per room. Total investment varies based on the space.
Currently accepting projects nationwide. Projects may be completed by our team remotely. If onsite support is requested, travel fees apply.
In studio shopping
If your project doesn’t fit within our design service offerings, we invite you to visit our studio where we’ll personally assist you in finding unique pieces that elevate and finish your space.
Studio Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Concept Design
Get the Stevie Interiors aesthetic with our Concept Design package – providing you with all the tools to bring your design to life. With a comprehensive questionaire and 30-minute Zoom call your designer will deliver a 2D design board and shoppable links for you execute.
Concept design is not a fit for clients undergoing a new build or large renovation.
